Terms of Service


Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept any returns or exchanges, and refunds will only be given out at our discretion in very specific circumstances.

It is simply unsanitary to resell returned underwear and it's morally wrong to throw it away. If we were to take returns, we legally can not resell them and would have to throw them away. We are only a two person business. Each pair is handmade with care, and we can not afford to do this.

Please keep in mind that our items are made to order, and as such will often take between 3-5 weeks or more to make and dispatch. Our fabric must be custom ordered, and can sometimes take longer to get to us than expected. We will NEVER take more time than necessary to dispatch your order, but do keep in mind that there are only two of us here, and we are doing our best!

Reasons a refund will be denied include, but are not limited to:

All orders are final and complete once you hit the pay button. If you absolutely must cancel or change your order in any way, you can only do so within 24 hoursĀ of the time the order has been completed. If you need to make a change, please email us using the contact form.

You may change your address up until the day the item is shipped, which is generally within 3-5 weeks for preordered items.

We Do Repairs!!

We can do repairs on NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED ITEMS. If you received a pair of underwear that has a slipped seam or minor hole, which can sometimes be overlooked in quality control, you are entitled to a free repair. Please contact us via the form, email, or twitter DM and we will set up a return label for you to send back unwashed, unworn items for repair. We will return them to you within 1-3 weeks, depending on workload. You have one week to require about a repair after receipt of your items.

Do not send anything back to us without inquiring first!

Other Things We Can Not Do:

Alterations - We don't let out or take in items.
Cancellations after 24 hours - You have 24 hours to cancel!! That is the rule, and we must stick to it.

Import Fees / VAT

The customer is responsible for any VAT / import fees / duties that are owed to customs at the time of delivery. We will generally try to collect VAT, when applicable, but you may still owe further fees to your country's customs, depending on where you live.
